At Print Chat, we stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Print Chat for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Contact support@printchat.app to initiate the process.

Note: Print Chat processes files 100% locally using Rust/WebAssembly technology. Service is considered fulfilled upon your first successful PDF generation; however, you remain eligible for a full refund within the 14-day period regardless of usage.

  • Changed your mind? Full refund.
  • Not what you expected? Full refund.
  • Any reason at all? Full refund.

1. Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Print Chat for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies regardless of whether you have used your credits or not.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@printchat.app to initiate the process. Please include:

  • The email address used for your order
  • Your order number (found in your Paddle receipt)

Your refund will be processed via Paddle.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Since Paddle processes all payments, your refund will be issued by Paddle and returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

4. Processing Time

Once we initiate the refund:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Other methods: Up to 10 business days

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
